What is the best swim advice you can give to any swimmer? You get out of this experience what you put into it. At the end of the season, you won’t just remember your times, you’ll remember how much you gave, how hard you worked, the teammates who were right there beside you, and the kind of energy and community you helped build at PH every single day.
