Zero Tolerance for Bullying & Unsportsmanlike Behavior

At Poplar Heights, we are more than a swim team; we are a community. We are committed to creating a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for every swimmer.

All swimmers and families are expected to follow the NVSL Standards of Conduct. These are league rules, and violations are taken seriously.

đźš« Unsportsmanlike behavior or bullying will not be tolerated.đźš«

Any violations may result in consequences, including removal from practice or meets.

Most importantly, negative behavior doesn’t just impact one swimmer; it affects the entire team and can even impact meet outcomes.

Let’s Earn the Division Sportsmanship Award!

We don’t just swim fast—we swim with heart, respect, and team pride.
