The Divisional Relay Carnival features two relays for each age group and gender, along with two mixed-age relays. One relay is freestyle, and the other is a medley relay in this order: backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, freestyle.
Poplar Heights will enter its fastest relay teams in the Divisional Relay Carnival. Once a relay team qualifies for the All-Star Relay Carnival, substitutions are not made unless a swimmer is ill or absent.
The All-Star Relay Carnival includes the 18 fastest relay teams across the league from the Divisional Relay meets.
This year's Divisional Relay Carnival will be held on July 8 at Ravensworth Farm, and the All-Star Relays will be held on July 15 at Sleepy Hollow Bath.
