Important info re: TIME TRIALS - Saturday, June 13th

    Hello PH Crush families,

Time Trials are this Saturday, June 13th! Please see below for important meet information.

    EVENT INFO:

Please have your swimmer at the pool by 8:00 am.

    • 8 & unders and 9/10s will warm up first at 8:10 am.
    • 11 & overs will warm up at 8:30 am.

Swimmers will not be permitted to swim outside their age group times during warm ups without authorization from Coach Patrick.

Please be on time. The meet will start at 9:00 am. We should be finished by 11:30 am.

If you are an early riser and can come to the pool early to help set up, we will be there starting at 7:30 am. Senior swimmers should plan to join us.

For those new to the team, coaches use the times from time trials and the first B meet (Monday, June 15th) to place swimmers in our first A meet (Saturday, June 20th). See our PH Crush 101 on the Crush website for information on the difference between A and B meets.

As a reminder, please declare your swimmer's availability for all A meets in SwimTopia as soon as possible. We will not enter your swimmer in an A meet if they are not declared in SwimTopia.

    MEET DAY REMINDERS:

Parents should stay out of the team area. Swimmers should remain in the team area. We do not want your swimmer to miss his/her race and the coaches will not track them down outside of the team area.

Swimmers should first talk to their coaches after their races and then check in with their parents.

Parents please refrain from talking to the coaches during the meets. The coaches’ focus should be on coaching our swimmers. Thank you!

We're looking forward to the start of a great season. Go Crush!!!
