Thank you for your patience last night—we hope everyone enjoyed a cozy, rainy evening!

The B Meet is ON for tonight. While today will be rainy, the forecast shows the rain ending by around 5:00 PM, so we are planning to resume our regular B Meet schedule.

Warm-Up & Arrival Details

• Senior (13+) swimmers: Arrive at 4:30 PM to help with pool setup.
• 12 & Under swimmers: Arrive by 4:50 PM.
• Poplar Heights warm-up begins at 5:00 PM.
• Officials and Timers: Arrive by 5:20 PM. Meeting begins promptly at 5:35 PM.
• Meet starts promptly at 6:00 PM.

Action Needed by 10:00 AM

1. Update Your Swimmer's Status
We will run the meet entries at 10:00 AM, so please make any changes before then.

• If your swimmer is no longer attending, please change their status to "Not Attending."
• If your swimmer is now attending, please change their status to "Attending" and select their strokes.

2. Volunteers Needed
We still need a few volunteers to ensure we can run a full six-lane meet.

• 1 Parking Attendant
• 1 Second-Half Marshal
• Extra Timers! We have openings for 3 first-half and 3 second-half backup timers.

Great Falls isn't sure they'll be able to fill all of their timer positions, so we'd like to have backups ready. If we don't need every extra timer, we'll let you know at the meet—but having volunteers signed up ensures we can run all six lanes if needed.
