Hello Crush Phamilies!
Not all meets are won by points. Today, even near the end, when it was clear that the score wasn’t going our way, the Crush swimmers were cheering each other on, screaming for records to be broken—and they were!—and enjoying our last A Meet. The Crush spirit is what makes a meet. Thank you for a wonderful morning!
Now it’s time for another final: our final Monday B Meet at Dominion Hills!
Please note that next week is our final week. We’ll start with this B Meet and then move into Divisional selections, Divisional-only practices, the Divisional Breakfast, Saturday Divisionals, and a Thursday Crush Mini-Meet... oh and we have a Saturday night celebration banquet and late night swim!

The Little Morris Meet
A few weeks ago, we had the Morris vs. Morris Meet at Highlands. On Monday, we travel to Dominion Hills in Arlington, which was Coach Patrick’s swim team when he was a kid.
Question: Do we think Coach Patrick wore jammers or long shorts in the pool as a youth swimmer? Let’s investigate on Monday!

5:25–5:45 PM – PH warm-ups
5:30 PM – Officials meeting

5:45 PM – Clerk of Course briefing
6:00 PM – Meet begins
Timers and officials: Please arrive by 5:20 PM.
Meet Theme: Mustache Monday!
Wear your best mustache— real or painted on. We don’t really know; this is a Coach Patrick theme and he wants everyone to participate! We will have mustaches for the swimmers, and top hats are optional.

Stroke Sign-Up Deadline
Monday at 12:00 PM
Please don’t wait until the last minute. Once entries close, we cannot add swimmers or make changes. Coach Patrick needs time to prepare the entries and keep the meet running smoothly.
Reminders
- Swimmers may enter up to two events.
- We will swim IMs after the butterfly events.
- If your swimmer raced a stroke in Saturday’s A Meet, they may not swim that stroke on Monday. We will have to remove that entry.
- Not sure what to choose? Email Coach Patrick before entries close.
- Swimmers ages 10 and under who have never raced butterfly, breaststroke, or IM should check with Coach Patrick before signing up.
- Coach Patrick reserves the right to adjust entries.
How to Sign Up
1. Open SwimTopia in the app or on the website.
2. Select 2026 Calendar & Signups.
3. Open Monday’s B Meet.
4. Click Edit.
5. Select either:

Attending and choose up to two events, or
•
Not Attending

Pro Tip: If your swimmer isn’t attending, please mark Not Attending. It helps our coaches tremendously with planning.

Team Area Reminder
After each event, swimmers should check in with their coach before visiting family or friends. Once they’ve checked in, they should return to the team area until their next event. Swimmers are welcome to head home once they have completed all of their events.
Parking
Dominion Hills has two parking lots and will keep the upper lot, located off Wilson Boulevard, open for the Poplar Heights team. Street parking is also available along Wilson Boulevard and in the surrounding neighborhood.
Concessions
Dominion Hills will be selling burgers, hot dogs, drinks, and the usual snacks and candy.
Payment: Cash or credit card
Volunteers and Officials
On-deck attire: White shirt and navy or blue shorts
