2026 Winter Registration
Welcome to Winter Swim 2026!
We’re so excited to kick off another amazing winter swim season with the Poplar Heights Crush family!

To participate, swimmers should have a working knowledge of strokes and be comfortable swimming freestyle or backstroke one length across the pool. Our coaches will be working with swimmers to fine tune strokes, dives, turns, starts/finishes and sprint technique. If your swimmer is just learning strokes and needs more individual attention, we recommend that you contact the Fairfax County Park Authority to take advantage of their excellent lesson program. Coaches will evaluate swimmers during the first week(s) of practice to determine whether he/she is ready to participate; a refund will be provided if your swimmer is found not to be ready.
Time: Sundays 6pm - 7pm
