    Family Relay Sign-Up Information

Who can be on a family relay?
"Family" is whatever you want it to be! Parents, siblings, cousins, grandparents, neighbors, swim friends, or your pool familyโ€”if you can put together a team of 4, you're in!

    How to sign up:
Please register the relay under the oldest Poplar Heights swim team member on your team. For example, if Charlie Boyd (12) and Dylan Boyd (14) are on the same relay, register the team under Dylan Boyd.

In the coach's note, add your team name and the names of the other swimmers!

Most importantly, this is all about having fun! Get creative with your team and enjoy a great evening together.

Pep Rally: Cake Bake & Chalk the Walk
    Poplar Heights Pool
    Start: 6:00 PM
    End: 7:00 PM

    Go, Crush, Go!

Join us on Friday as we gear up for our Saturday A meet the next day! Get ready for our legendary Cake Bake Pep Rally, the messiest and most delicious tradition of the season! Swimmers will team up by age group to design and decorate a themed homemade cake, either at home or poolside, to showcase their incredible creativity. Our fabulous coaches will serve as judges to crown the champions, so grab your frosting and let the baking begin!

We believe our team shines brightest when everyone is involved, so we expect every group to include every swimmer in their age bracket! To keep things stress-free, please offer flexible decorating times so our busy summer schedules don't get in the way of building a unified team!

We have a home meet the next day, so please join us to โ€œChalk the Walkโ€, where swimmers decorate the sidewalk leading up to the clubhouse with sidewalk chalk to show their Crush pride! Pep rallies are open to all swimmers, whether youโ€™re competing in the A meet or cheering from the sidelines. Come together to build team spirit, cheer each other on, and practice our best Crush chants.

Beginning during morning practices, there is one Friday practice for all swimmers. Practice ends around 10am and we serve breakfast immediately following practice. Each Friday, we look for volunteers to help set-up, provide food, serve, and clean up. Sign-ups for the the breakfasts are attached to the calendar event. Parents, please go in and select items and/or your time to help make these breakfasts a success!

Generally, swimmers bring the food donations to Friday practice - the Friday breakfast coordinator will be there early and can collect the items when they arrive. If you are ever in a bind and need to drop off the day before, you can leave your donation in the community fridge but please place a note saying, 'Swim Team Friday Bkfast'.

For more questions, contact Lori West, Friday Breakfast Coordinator.
